Sometimes learning a lesson isn't easy, and you have to learn it a number of times before you can get a real hold on it. It can be frustrating when it seems like the same one keeps getting recycled, but the thing about the process of learning is that you're embarking on a quest to train yourself in something that you either do not know how to do yet because you've never attempted it before, or at the very minimum have yet to master. Even the lessons that have been mastered need to be maintained in a way that they don't fade away.

Bringing Down the Wall
When you build walls, you retain certain energy while blocking out another kind. The thing is, this doesn't always work out as you may have hoped. Often, what happens is that what you are trying to barricade yourself against is the very thing you fortify within yourself, containing the flow so that there is no release.

Part 3- Directions Based on Reactions
The fear of being alone is a core fear, rooted so deeply within us, that most of us are afraid to face it, sometimes during the span of our entire lives. Others still, would rather not own it- if you ignore it for long enough, it fades into the background, being cast aside as a nuisance that keeps trying to reel you back into being who you've always been. For many, we're too scared to do that, because that means facing where our insecurities come from, not just the meat of our issues, but also the skeletal infrastructure.
Part 2: The Opposite of Empowerment.
The truth of the matter is, there can be several reasons behind the foisting of the validation of one reality over another. The intention behind it could be very pure. X could genuinely believe that their truth is the sole truth, above all else, and that you are misguided because your experience is different. In X's eyes, they are leading a righteous cause to put Y on the path to the truth and their version of salvation or happiness.
The Inner Journey, Part One:A Perspective of Reality
Our thoughts are a product of our perspective, which is formed on the basis of our experience, our inner reality. To live that reality is an incredibly unique individual journey, that truly nobody else in the world can quite replicate. Well, not unless they were sharing room and board in your body with your inner consciousness.

That Thing You Do
People are really beautiful. There are so many quirks and unique qualities about the select mix of characteristics within each person. Especially those people who you can tell are genuine and true to who they are inside. Their inner self- the self that exists in the space between thoughts, the energy beneath the words and the expression, the phenomenon under the skin.

The Inner Workings of the Journey to Healing.
This path I've chosen, the one I encourage you to take to empower yourself- the one I help people walk with the energy work and counselling I do, entails some real hard work. It's hard work because it means that you must be brutally honest with yourself.
That you take out all your innermost demons and hidden feelings out of the closet and look at them in the face, and then send them love and forgiveness to set them free. To rustle up the uncomfortable and the unfamiliar, and to simultaneously let go of baggage that has become so comfortingly familiar and has helped keep a defense against all that could potentially hurt us.
It means to realize that they are mostly constructs of a child's way of protecting the self- and that's what the ego really is. It's a child's reaction of not just putting up armour against the world, but also adapting to what it's told is true, trying to squelch all those other thoughts that came from a different place from what it was taught by society and tradition and culture to.
